Roles and Responsibilities: Processing PO & Non-PO Invoices; Purchase Order Creation;: Accurate processing of withholding tax and value added tax relating to invoices; Creating supplier payments;: Maintaining AP related inbox;: AP subledger reconciliation to General Ledger; Employee expenses review and coordination with employees; Employee expenses reconciliation with credit card statements; Control weakness identification;: Working in partnership with other groups outside of PTP to resolve issues; Vendor query & disputes management;: Maintenance of vendor master supplier database; - Prepare various weekly/monthly reports regarding approval process. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; Excellent written and verbal communication;: Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc; ACA/ACCA part qualified;: ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Oracle).
