We are focused on delivering care that is effective, compassionate, and accessible while building systems that help families start services as quickly as possible. The intake process is a critical part of that mission. The Role: This is an IN PERSON position in either our West Valley or Ogden clinic. We are hiring an Intake Specialist to own the full client intake and insurance process for our ABA services. This role is responsible for ensuring families move smoothly from first contact to authorized services and scheduled care. You will manage intake workflows, oversee the waitlist, supervise the authorization process, and support credentialing and insurance coordination. Responsibilities: - Client Intake and Onboarding: Manage the full intake process from initial inquiry through start of services. Serve as the primary point of contact for new families.
