Job Description: Goucher College, a nationally recognized, selective, private, coeducational liberal arts college located just outside Baltimore in Towson, Maryland, invites applications for an innovative and strategic leader to serve as its next Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness (AVP). At Goucher College, we are a dynamic and inclusive community grounded in intellectual curiosity, self-expression, and equity. Reporting to the Provost & Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, the AVP is responsible for leading, managing, designing, developing, and implementing analytic strategies to assess College goals and priorities and overall institutional effectiveness. The AVP will work with President’s Cabinet to define and address critical information needs and provide meaningful data and analytic support to the College administration and academic decision-makers to facilitate evidence-based decision-making. The AVP will oversee the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) and will manage and provide data in support of all accreditation exercises. Key Responsibiltiies: 65 % A.
