Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 13 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, policy, or related fields. - 2 years of experience in people management, leading analytic teams. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with AI, LLMs, Trust and Safety, and with adversarial testing of GenAI products. - Experience coordinating on complex projects across functions and teams. - Experience measuring impact in hard-to-define topic areas. - Experience leading technical teams/projects and leveraging automation, technical solutions. - Ability to work non-standard hours as needed to support escalations. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
