Job Description: Senior Operations Manager Huntsman is seeking a Senior Operations Manager supporting the Conroe facility Division located in Conroe . This position will report to the Site Manager . Job Scope: The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the operations at the Conroe facility and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the site. The Manager will build and develop processes and procedures to support strategic direction in Operations and will establish operations initiatives for improvement in safety, delivery, quality, cost, and employee relations. In summary, as the Senior Operations Manager, you will: - Be accountable for adhering to all Corporate and plant policies, including OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and TECQ air, water, and waste regulations. - Drive improvement in the safety culture at the facility. - Ensure employees are fully trained in, committed to, and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Huntsman Safety and Quality systems. - Develop and maintain an effective plan to achieve a high-performance operations organization; establish policies to ensure adequate acquisition of talent, management development, and successi...
