Job description

The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers and/or supervisors. The individual will assist in the coordination and direction of operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company, including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure adequate service - Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes - Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service - Audit and maintain inventories supply and equipment - Investigate new and promote improved equipment and methods - Review customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager - Assist site manager to implement organization policies and goals - Assist...
