Overview Engineering Technician II Civil Location(s): St. Paul, MN Type: Full‑Time | Hourly MSA is hiring a Senior Engineering Technician to join our Public Works team in St. Paul! The Public Works team supports a wide variety of civil engineering projects, ranging from roads, parks/trails, water/sewer, utilities, and more. In this role, you will assist with construction observation, contractor relationships, and design. This is primarily a field-based role.
