Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, manage incoming calls and emails; resolve issues and escalate as needed. - Coordinate schedules, customer visits, and events. - Process payments and support daily invoice reconciliation. - Assist with AR/AP tasks, including reporting and follow-up. - Maintain accurate records and data across systems. - Support sales materials, office operations, and general administration. Qualifications: - 1+ years of administrative and customer-facing experience. - Strong organization and prioritization skills. - Experience with financial or data entry tasks. - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. - ERP or accounting system experience (Agility preferred).
