Job Description General Summary: The Senior Director, Strategic Account Lead - US Pain will lead the national Strategic Accounts field team for the US Pain Business Unit. We are seeking a candidate that has a strong track record of developing & successfully executing Health System, GPO, and Federal field strategies at the national level, motivating high performing field teams, and engaging systems level executive leadership to drive access. This role leads three regional Directors of Strategic Accounts as first line leaders who each currently manage teams of Strategic Account Leads. This field team serves as account managers focused on the most influential accounts nationwide to drive integrated delivery networks. The Senior Director reports to the Vice President, Field Sales & Strategic Customer Engagement, U.S. Commercial, Pain .
