Job Summary The Deckorators Field Specialist supports the distribution of Deckorators products in a specific market and works on behalf of the distributor to bring brand awareness and product education to contractors in order to provide pull-through sales for dealers. The Field Specialist works alongside distributor Account Managers to ensure all opportunities for contractor, architect, and builder product education and product specifications are captured. Location The position is based in the Twin Cities, MN Principle Duties And Responsibilities: - Be the product and technical expert on all aspects of Deckorators decking and components - Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, specifiers and architects - Establish product knowledge sessions with contractors and hold various contractor events - Certify Pros who have been educated and vetted to become our valued partners as brand ambassadors - Engage contractors in a professional manner on various social media platforms to discuss working with Deckorators products and becoming certified pros and brand ambassadors - Complete takeoff requests from dealers and for Certified Pros where Deckorators products are used...
