Job description

As a Senior Product Development Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the development of healthcare logistics solutions across the European region, acting as a key bridge between commercial and operational functions. The responsibility is to support sales development within the regional network and commercial teams, focused on advancing new and existing business opportunities within the healthcare vertical. The Senior Product Development Manager works with all areas of the region to ensure alignment, strengthen capabilities, and build awareness in delivering complex and regulated healthcare solutions. The Senior Product Development Manager leads the day-to-day opportunity development activities as they relate to identifying, qualifying, and progressing business opportunities, driving focus, and reporting on progress and challenges.
