Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments. - Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards. - Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction. - Adhere to all hygiene and food safety regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook. - Report any concerns related to food safety or product quality to the line manager and...
