Assistant General Counsel Department: Global Leadership: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: US - New York: Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 / year Description: We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Counsel (USA) to lead the legal and regulatory agenda for CFC USA Inc , working at the heart of our fast‑growing US business. Reporting into the Group Legal Director in London, with a close working relationship with senior US leadership, this is a highly visible role that combines hands‑on legal delivery with strategic influence. You’ll act as the primary legal adviser to CFC USA Inc - supporting underwriting, distribution and operational teams, managing regulatory risk, and helping to shape the future of our US platform. About the role: As part of our wider Governance function, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the US business operates in line with federal and state regulatory expectations, while remaining commercially agile and growth‑focused.
