Location: Romano Canavese, Italy: Job ID: 45588: Our HR People Partnering function is a global team of HR professionals, working geographically to deliver core HR advisory responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle. This HR People Partner position will be based in Romano Canavese, Italy and the successful candidate will provide professional HR services and support to our HID employees. The role as HR People Partner will be far from one-dimensional and the successful candidate will undertake a wide range of HR duties and manage the entire employee lifecycle, such as employee onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating learning and development activities and drafting and updating HR documentation and policies. Being the main point of contact for employee queries on HR related topics, provide HR and legal guidance and advice and manage and participate in HR projects.
