Job Overview Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Day shift Manufacturing Associates! Looking for hands-on work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment? In this role, you’ll remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step. These parts are a key part of the fiberglass frames that give the Marvin windows and doors their strength, durability, and energy efficiency. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we provide training to help you succeed. The work is repetitive and fast paced, so being consistent and detail oriented is important.
