Job Description This is maternity cover (1,5 y) Team Leader: Małgorzata Lipka: Your responsibilities: - Processing and analysing vendor invoices in a timely manner, - Support the process of closing and reporting financial results, - Maintain payable ageing, - Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries, - Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries, - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes, - Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met - Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader Your profile: - Professional experience in SSC or in the field of accounting will be appreciated, - Fluent English, additional European language will be a plus, - Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel), - Master's degree (Finance/Accounting preferably or being an ACCA/CIMA student), - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, - Good communication skills, - Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills. - Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Pozna...
