Team Overview TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner. Responsibilities: - Manage safety compliance across the distribution center; ensure all operations align with local fire, security, and occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards). - Oversee high-risk activities including yard parking safety, hot work, and forklift operations to identify and eliminate potential hazards. - Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of fire protection facilities; organize employee safety training and regular fire drills. - Develop emergency contingency plans; lead investigations into safety incidents, manage reporting procedures, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
