The Role: As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing court reservations, program registrations, and handling payments. You will be the first point of contact for our patrons, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our tennis facility. Assign court time for open play, private/group lessons, and donated courts using our computerized reservation system.
