Analytics and data are central to understanding our members, refining our products, and driving strategic business decisions. We’re hiring a Director, Product Analytics to lead our Lending analytics team and help shape one of Chime’s most critical growth areas. In this role, you’ll set the strategy for how analytics supports our lending products and partner closely with leaders across Product, Risk, Finance, and Engineering to drive high-impact decisions. As our Director, you’ll operate across both strategy and execution—ensuring we responsibly expand access to liquidity while improving member financial health. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $230,000 and up to $300,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
