This position is for our Extendicare Athabasca Home, located in Athabasca, Alberta Available opportunities include: 1 Full-Time Day and Nights rotation What you’ll be doing: Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support. Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
