You will be at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support. You'll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. What you’ll do: Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing. You will assist customers with practical daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
