Job description

The Intern - Decision Support Analyst assists clients with defining business solutions as well as campaign management. By fully understanding details of the client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, you will ensure our clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. You will implement and analyze decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer happiness, and cost-effectiveness. You will also propose solutions to support various technical operations and ensure client satisfaction through research, trouble shooting, application administration, application user training, and code changes. Internship details: - The internship will begin June 15th, 2026 - Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas. - 20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer - Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027 - Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authoriza...
