CORE JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Medical Technologists (H) provides leadership and management for clinical laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance. The Manager, Medical Technologist plans and implements the overall laboratory policies, procedures, and services for the assigned unit. Additionally, an employee in this position ensures efficient and effective departmental operations, including department quality control and compliance adherence. The Manager, Medical Technologist also manages and oversees personnel, coordinates services with reference laboratories and vendors, and collaborates with other laboratories and departments to provide high quality integrated patient care.
