Job Description Certified Support Staff focuses on promoting student success by responding to identified needs through implementation of a comprehensive programs and services that help guide all learners in their academic success, personal and social development, and career and college planning and readiness. Bachelor’s degree, 0-1 year of related professional experience Required Certificates and Licenses: Missouri Elementary Teaching Certification Preferred Residency Requirements: Must reside in Missouri The Elementary School Coach supports student retention by providing non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades K-5. This individual is responsible for working with students and parents to identify online learning strengths and areas for improvement, provide excellent customer service, and ensure student improvement through intervention strategies. The Academic Coach will monitor, track and address the needs of the students specifically about online learning success factors while building and maintaining relationships with students and parents.
