Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our culinary team as a Cook which is responsible for preparation of all food items per standardized recipes and production sheets. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and no late nights, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for: - Prepares all soups, stocks, and sauces; boils, braises and roasts items as per standardized recipes. - Prepares and serves all sautéed, fried, grilled, steamed and baked items as per standardized recipes. - Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served, following standard recipes and special diet orders.
