Job DetailsJob Location: Anoka, MN 55303Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 HourlyAs a Parts Counterman, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parts inventory, and supporting the sales and service department by ensuring the availability and accuracy of parts and accessories. This role involves interacting with customers and service technicians, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, self-confidence, and creativity. Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Deliver parts to service technicians as needed. Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts. Attends parts department meetings. Manage parts delivery, receiving, and stocking to inventory. Manage inbound and outbound guest phone calls. Monitors parts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
