Job description

Title: Scheduling Manager KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is seeking a Manager, Scheduling/Planning responsible for overseeing the performance and outcomes of the Scheduling group within the Project Controls organization. This role involves managing the delivery of functional objectives by providing effective leadership and direction to team members. The primary focus of the Scheduling group is to train and mentor schedulers, developing them into planners capable of creating integrated master schedules for large capital projects across various industries, predominantly within refinery and petrochemical sectors. Other objectives include developing the Scheduling team to support the Project Controls organization with Earned Value Management and Schedule Risk Analysis.
