Description Duties and Responsibilities: - Answer leads - Do follow ups with clients that are interested in a vehicle - Set up appointments for customers - Help out arranging the lot and make it presentable. - Input client info in the system - Set up a test drive for clients - Go over the feature of the vehicle - Present products and provide information for clients - Sign purchasing paperwork - Deliver vehicle - Do an after sale follow up call to address if the client has any concern or questions - Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager. - Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry. - Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. - Attends sales meetings. - Maintains professional appearance. Qualifications: - Must be able to pass background check. - Must have good driving record. - Must have driver’s license. - Must have basic knowledge of Computer systems. Language Skills: - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
