Reports To: Operations Control Manager Location: Calgary, Palmer Hangar Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Starting Salary: $65,000.00 The big picture: The Training & Standards Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational readiness through the development and delivery of training programs, operational manuals, procedures, and learning systems for the Operations Control Team. Working closely with the Quality & Standards Manager and Operations Control Manager, the Specialist helps ensure training, resources, and processes remain accurate, effective, compliant, and aligned with operational standards. In this role you will: - Maintain and update Operations Control manuals and training materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of Operations Control roles and procedures to ensure training materials and manuals remain current and accurately reflect day-to-day operational requirements. - Administer and maintain learning management systems (LMS) such as Tovuti, including course setup, content management, and system administration. - Deliver and support onboarding and recurrent training for Operations Control personnel....
