Position Summary : Provides support and performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to employee relations, leave administration, disciplinary matters; and investigations; performance and talent management. Working under minimal supervision, HR Generalist will provide support to employees and managers and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with and counsel department managers and employees on preventing and resolving non-complex workplace issues. - Support subject-matter expert on leave of absence administration including generating leave reports and tracking leaves in Workday. - Ensure employee leaves of absence in are compliance with policies and regulations (i.e. disability leaves, FMLA, VESSA, etc.). - Conduct employee interactive process regarding leave processes and paperwo...
