BUSINESS ANALYST (JOURNEYMAN)

Job description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Business Analyst (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support business analysis activities across multiple initiatives focused on process improvement, requirements development, and system implementation. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, supporting stakeholder engagement, and assisting in translating business needs into functional solutions. This position involves developing process documentation, supporting Agile teams, and contributing to system testing and deployment efforts.
