Job description

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Research Scientist, the Seasonal Research and Development Laboratory Technician will support ingredient evaluation and early-stage research efforts with the Research and Development team. They will be responsible for conducting routine and advanced lab procedures, collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining accurate and well-organized records. This position plays a key role in accelerating and advancing material, product and process development. Hours: Pay: Qualifications: - Prepare, handle, and test ingredients and formulations according to established protocols. - Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data - Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate notes and records - Assist in researching new raw materials, ingredients, and processing methods - Preform independent research projects or literature reviews to generate ideas - Operate lab equipment in accordance with established protocols, procedures, and safety guidelines - Collaborate with team members to communicate findings, troubleshoot experiments, and support ongoing projects - Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm - 40 hours per week - May - August 2026 - $17.34/hr - Stron...
