- Manage relationships with SME business customers across Western Sydney - Based from our St Marys office with a large field based element - EA Level 12: $132,305.78 base salary plus super plus fleet vehicle About the role: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Customer Specialist to join the Water Resource Recovery team at Sydney Water. The primary purpose of this role is to manage relationships between Sydney Water and its complex, low- to medium-risk business customers with non-standard servicing requirements. The position requires strong customer relationship management capabilities, along with a significant field-based component. This includes applying technical knowledge of trade waste and backflow prevention to support customer compliance with Sydney Water’s requirements. In this role, you will utilise your communication and stakeholder engagement skills to maintain professional relationships, engage effectively at a senior organisational level, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
