This role is critical in maintaining a secure, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations (OSHA, CMS, NFPA, USBC) and maintain required documentation, logs, and inspection reports. - Conduct internal safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; develop corrective action plans. - Oversee fire safety, emergency power, and life safety systems; coordinate drills, disaster preparedness, and infection control measures. - Maintain the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), lead response planning for disasters and emergencies, and serve as...
