Job Summary: This role will be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma where the candidate will be responsible for permit, reporting, project, regulatory tracking, and compliance support for air-related regulatory programs primarily for existing or new power generating stations. Responsibilities will also include periodic air permit and compliance support for other company facilities (e.g., electric transmission and distribution, operating company service centers, office buildings, or other regulated and commercial business operations). The individual will exhibit expert or advanced level proficiency that enables them to serve as a subject matter expert. Previous air compliance experience, a working knowledge of Oklahoma rules (e.g., NSR/PSD, Title V, emission inventories, NSPS, NESHAP, compliance reporting, regulatory applicability analysis), and self-motivation is a must.
