Position Summary Residence Education and Housing Services (REHS) houses over 17,000 students, employs close to 1,500 staff and manages five million square feet of property on the East Lansing campus. Our mission is to provide exceptional and equitable community experiences, one connection at a time. We are seeking a Training Program Developer to support the ongoing training and development efforts in REHS Facilities including onboarding, skill development, professional development and continuous learning that is responsive to the needs of custodial and maintenance team members in REHS. This role reports to the REHS Assistant Director for Training & Development and is a part of the Culture and Strategy unit within REHS. The Facilities Training Program Developer oversees the instructional development of staff training programs, seminars, workshops, and related projects, specializing in compliance, trade, and professional development for the REHS Facilities Unit(s).
