Responsive recruiter Position overview: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire store’s operations. The AGM is also responsible to meet performance and profit goals. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development, and training of all associates in the store. The AGM is responsible to manage and oversee all safety processes within the store. The AGM ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision. Principal Duties: - Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all management and associates. - Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input, and information through various communication vehicles.
