Job Requirements: We are looking for a Washington-DC based experienced environmental litigation and regulatory associate with 1-5 years of experience, and with knowledge of federal environmental programs and interest in joining our cohesive and effective environmental regulation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory issues concerning chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and/or emerging contaminants. Environmental litigation experience, including researching complex issues, managing discovery, and drafting motions, is a plus.
