Corewell Health is offering up to $10,000 in sign on bonuses for this opportunity! Weekend Option Program: Weekend RNs/LPNs will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year. Weekends are defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift and Friday and Saturday night for night shift. RNs/LPNs can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours ‘off’ of the weekend requirement. This would be given in accordance with unit guidelines with allotted PTO as well as peak times, etc. RNs/LPNs may request 1 holiday off per calendar year that falls on the weekend. The RN/LPN would only work the holiday if it fell on the weekend, they will not be moved off a weekend to work on a holiday. RN’s receive an additional $10/hour plus base pay LPN’s receive an additional $8/hour plus base pay About the unit: With 2 floors and 164 beds we are able to provide care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients.
