Qualifications for All Cryptologic Linguist Course (35P) Trainers – GAFB Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance) The contractor shall have at least a level 2 proficiency of “limited working proficiency” according to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR). This may be verified by a Defense Langugae Proficiency Test (DLPT) if the test was administered while the applicant was a DOD employee and within the land 12 months by a score of 2 or higher on both the Reading and Listening tests. If no DLPT score is available, the applicant should contact the American Countil on the Teaching of Foreign Language for civilian tests that provide IRL Level 2 Verification. Contractors may be required to submit to and pass a counterintelligence polygraph (CSP) IAW AR 381-20 in order to develop or teach certain blocks of instruction. Contractor employees who refuse to take a CSP or who do not obtain a favorable result shall not perform on this contract.
