Who we are?: Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Development Services (IMRDS) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for : water network pressure management, asset performance, planned and reactive maintenance, leakage reduction and supporting resilient water supply across the region. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Water Networks within IMRDS as a Maintenance Support Manager . The Maintenance Support Manager plays a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager by driving operational excellence across the treated water network. The role provides leadership to a team of Assistance network technicians , ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance while maintaining a calm and stable network. You’ll play a vital part in improving asset performance, reducing operating costs, leakage and interruptions to supply, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service....
