Position Overview The Finance Functional Systems Analyst (FFSA) is the university’s functional leader responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing Finance & Administration business processes supported by Oracle Cloud ERP. This role ensures that financial workflows, data structures, security, and system configurations meet the needs of a complex higher-education environment, including decentralized budgeting, auxiliary operations, grants management, research activity, and multi-fund accounting. Responsibilities: - Define, document, and govern end-to-end Finance processes supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Expenses, Assets, Procurement, Payroll and Budget Planning with a higher-education lens. - Lead functional design, configuration oversight, and approval for all Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and EPM module changes. - Manage the Oracle Cloud Finance roadmap, including evaluation of new features, impact assessments, and alignment with university strategic goals. - Collaborate with Research Administration, Budget, Enrollment Management, Auxiliary Services, HR, and IT to ensure financial processes and financial reporting support academic, research, and stud...
