Job Description: Plays a key role in the development, support, and rollout of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Responsible for helping optimize workflow processes by configuring and customizing Epic applications that meet the specific needs of the organization. Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to support the implementation and ongoing use of Epic across the health system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Participates in all phases of the system development life cycle, including gathering requirements, developing use cases, and evaluating software solutions. Understands foundational workflows.
