Our client is a high-growth SaaS startup enabling Advanced Manufacturers to build world-class hardware. They’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a small, growing team and help scale the software foundation that powers their mission. In this role, you’ll guide a team of 6–8 engineers, shaping how they deliver high-quality software while fostering trust, growth, and clear execution. You’ll partner closely with product and executive leadership to define priorities, manage the backlog, and ensure alignment across engineering and the broader business. You’ll also stay close enough to the codebase to offer meaningful technical guidance, reviewing designs, spotting issues early, and helping the team maintain strong development practices.
