This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months and is not eligible for benefits such as paid time off, holiday pay, medical, etc. Essential Functions: Creates a welcoming environment for on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and connects visitors to appropriate personnel. Answers incoming telephone calls on multi-line telephone system, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
