We’re hiring a Senior Financial Reconciliation Manager at a pivotal moment in Mercury’s evolution. This leader will own reconciliation end-to-end: scaling partner bank reconciliation operations today while architecting the future-state framework for Mercury as a chartered institution. You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape and optimize our BlackLine environment, and design the controls infrastructure that will underpin a regulated bank. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert across payment rails and partner relationships — and define what “best-in-class reconciliation” looks like at Mercury.
