Our newly formed Future Skills team at Heathrow ensures employees are equipped for future success through impactful learning, training, and talent solutions. The L&D Manager, reporting to a Senior L&D Manager, acts as a hands-on consultant within a defined portfolio—such as Leadership or Talent Development—designing and delivering learning products tailored to Heathrow’s evolving needs. Responsible for key portfolio products, the role involves creating digital, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences, applying the 5Di learning design method, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
