The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of the utilities sector—covering water, energy, or wider infrastructure—and will be responsible for maximising commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with NEC contract standards across the Water Engineering solution group. More about the role: Contract & Commercial Management: - Lead the commercial administration of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including ECC, PSC, and subcontract arrangements. - Manage contract drafting, negotiation, change control, early warnings, compensation events, and dispute avoidance. - Ensure full compliance with contract conditions, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
