Job Identification: We are now seeking for Collections Specialist to join Finance Service Center team in Group Office Finance. The main responsibilities and details of the position are shared below. Qualifications: - Works in a language-centric team striving for superior collection results. - Provides high quality collections service in a timely manner to countries across CCI. - End-to-end management of dispute requests, ensuring resolution through effective coordination with relevant teams. - Negotiates with customers and records ‘promises to pay’ and subsequently monitors their execution. - Drive end-to-end standard collections process across the CCI business. - Highlights opportunities for process improvement. - Supports the country change management processes. - Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of Turkish, Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage. - High standard of written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage. - Strong customer service skills to both internal and external customers. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic. -...
