Job DetailsJob Location: Plano Campus - Plano, TX 75093Position Type: Part-TimeEducation Level: College PreferredJob Category: Admin - Clerical Provides administrative support to the Student Ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church – Plano Campus (“PBC-PC”). Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for LifeGroups, including: Updating rosters Preparing weekly communication updates Assist with tracking student participation and identifying students in need of follow up and outreach Assist with assigning guest follow-up responsibilities to the appropriate ministry staff Submit check requests, purchase orders, contract requests and other financial related items and ensure compliance with PBC policies Understand fully the PBC church programming software Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed Provide administrative support for events and trainings Order supplies, gifts, flowers, etc. for ministry participants’ notable occasions Other duties as assigned Requirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-PC Some college, college degree preferred Prior experience in an administrative role preferred Intermediate skills with Mic...
